When an overnight thunderstorm 'toasted' our 20-year old phone system last year we were panic stricken, since most of our business is conducted by phone and internet. By mid-morning, your company representative came to my office to consult about a good, affordable replacement system; and before 4 p.m. that same day we had an entirely new system installed and working. The following day, the owner of the company came by to make sure we were satisfied and offer additional training on the new system.
You are heroes to our entire staff, and I'll go out of my way to recommend you to others.

Having relied on AmeriCALL, previously Ushman’s, to service our aging phone system over the last 10 years, we knew they were the only ones to call for a new phone system. Everyone, Joe, Sheila, Shannon and Corey, is service oriented and are knowledgeable beyond compare. They listened to our needs and desires, they brought us sample systems and were on top of everything. So much so, they had our old system out and the new in within a day and a half. They provided expert training and service to our staff, so we had no real issues after the upgrade. We will only use AmeriCALL !

I seldom send unsolicited letters to my vendors, but {your technician}'s excellent, timely, and "above and beyond" efforts prompts me to do otherwise. When our phones were knocked out by lightning, our call to your company was handled promptly, politely, and calmly.
{Your technician} completed his analysis, told us his findings, got the order in after verifying to me what was needed, made an extra trip to Lincoln for supplies, was back when he said he would be, and was at our office very early the next day to complete the installation, programming, and some basic training. We found him to be polite, cordial, thorough, and sensitive to our situation. He is an asset to your company!

We have worked with the company for several years and they had always provided excellent customer service and this recent switchover was no different. The whole team from sales team down to technical service were professional, provided quick response and helped our difficult switchover go off with little problem. As with any major equipment change, there were some bugs that surfaced but the team worked diligently and quickly to help us get fully operational across our wide facility.
