NEC, Samsung, and Iwatsu, our three major vendors, combine for a very large portion of the telecommunications market, locally, nationally and worldwide. We carefully chose these products based on their reliability, user-friendliness, upward mobility and direct factory support. Our talented technical staff can service most brands of telephone systems (even those we do not sell) and are our own employees, not sub-contracted through another source. Our staff has well over 100 years combined experience in the telecommunications industry. AmeriCALL offers affordable maintenance contracts to insure your system after the warranty expires and an outstanding trade-in policy for when the need arises to upgrade or change out your AmeriCALL-purchased system while insured by our maintenance contract. Additionally, customers covered by an AmeriCALL maintenance contract enjoy reduced billable labor rates and receive priority service. We provide itemized pricing in our proposals to protect you from overpriced add-ons. We also maintain a large parts inventory so you are less likely to have to wait for equipment to be ordered and shipped if you ever have a service problem.
