  Our team Our Roots

AmeriCALL Communications was born out of necessity. Since Ushman Communications, the premier telecom provider in Central Illinois for nearly 35 years, left the marketplace, it left a large void in the community for a quality provider and numerous employees without employment. Included in the ensuing employee lay-offs were: Gene Dinardo, who had 22 years experience in the service department, Melanie Patton, who had 16 years experience in operations and accounting, and Joe Ushman, who had 20 years experience in the sales and marketing areas. These three individuals saw the need and organized AmeriCALL to fill the void. The company was formed with a strong emphasis on providing excellent service and our goal is to continually surpass customer expectations.

 
 

  Our Employees

All of AmeriCALL's employees were previous long-term employees of Ushman Communications. Their experience and training make them specialists in this industry and adept in their abilities to serve our customers. Our certified technicians are factory trained, as are our salespeople, on the products we sell and maintain. Our purchasing agent/CSR has over 13 years experience in customer service and telecommunications equipment buying. Our entire staff sincerely appreciates our customers and their goal is complete customer satisfaction through personal job excellence.
